HOW WILL MY PRODUCT SHIP?

We are proud to partner with FedEx for a majority of our shipping, however we do have great relationships with many cargo companies and can find the best match for your shipment.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY PURCHASE?

When you purchase a piece of equipment from us it will come included with calibration kit, power cable, LAN cable (for MCXL) and our 3 month warranty.

What You Need to Know

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY EQUIPMENT?

If you have a technical issue with your equipment, not to worry... your equipment is covered under a warranty. Please contact our technical support on the home page to set up an appointment for our technicians to remotely diagnose the issue and offer a solution to the problem.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CHANGE THE FILTER IN MY MCXL?

It is best to clean the filter regularly and if damaged to replace the filter immediately. Otherwise a 3 month life cycle can be expected from your MCXL water filter.

HOW DO I CONNECT MY MILLING AND AQUISITION UNITS

To connect your Omnicam and MCXL you simply connect the two units via LAN cable (included in your purchase. Then open your Cerec SW, select settings>Devices>Add automatically and then voila! You are connected.
